Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
All eligible destinations will appear at checkout. If your country does not appear, contact us and we will assist.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within one to two business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Certain items may require extra preparation time, and this will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
Selecting express or faster shipping does not shorten processing time. It only affects transit time after dispatch.
Shipping Methods and Fees
Australia
Standard delivery generally takes three to eight business days depending on location.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Orders totalling more than $150 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia, except for the Video Tape Digitisation Service, which is excluded.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using reliable international courier services.
International delivery usually takes seven to twenty business days depending on destination.
There is a flat rate of $29.99 for all international orders.
Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or local carrier handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays and Estimates
All quoted delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing or peak periods.
Refunds cannot be provided for late deliveries. For tracking updates, please contact the courier handling your parcel.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
RetroTech Digital is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged after dispatch.
Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure. If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, an investigation must be initiated with the courier.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over $150 in total.
This offer does not apply to the Video Tape Digitisation Service.
International deliveries are excluded from free shipping.
Address and Delivery Restrictions
We deliver to PO Boxes within Australia, though we may request verification if needed. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Customers outside Australia who wish to place an order should contact us if checkout does not display their country.
Billing and shipping addresses must match. If they differ, ID verification may be required before dispatch.

RetroTech Digital Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for choosing RetroTech Digital. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us, so our return and exchange process is straightforward and transparent.
7 Day Return and Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges may be requested within seven days of receiving your order.
Eligibility depends on the condition and type of product.
New and Unused Products
Items must be in unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.
If approved, returns will receive store credit. Refunds are only provided if the product is still in brand new condition.
Opened Products
If a product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
If the item remains in excellent condition, an exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Used or Vintage Items
These items may be returned for store credit only if they are received in the exact condition in which they were supplied.
Any signs of wear or damage not present at the time of purchase may void eligibility.
Important Information
A restocking fee of ten per cent applies to all approved refunds.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or order error.
All returns must be approved before being sent back to us. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or rejected.
Refusing delivery of a parcel will prevent us from issuing any refund since these parcels enter a lengthy carrier return process.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
We may request photos to confirm the condition of the product.
If your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation number and instructions.
Products must be packed securely and returned with all included materials.
The Return Authorisation number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or a refund based on the approval terms. Any costs related to return shipping or international duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
